ABOUT JESSE & JOY
A New Chapter. A Timeless Musical Legacy.
Some songs become more than the work of those who created them. They become part of the lives of millions of people. For over two decades, the music of Jesse & Joy has accompanied stories of love, heartbreak, reunions, and new beginnings, creating a musical treasure that transcends generations and borders.
Today, that story enters a new chapter with El Amor de México, a brand-new tour coming to the United States, with Joy Huerta at the forefront, carrying forward the musical legacy of one of the most important Spanish-language pop acts of all time.
This new era finds in Joy’s unmistakable voice and artistic sensitivity the perfect connection between the legacy of these beloved songs and a new way of bringing them to life on stage.
El Amor de México brings together all the greatest hits from more than two decades of music in a show that celebrates the extraordinary value of a repertoire that has become the soundtrack to so many lives. Every song holds an emotion, a memory, and a special connection with its audience. Together, they form a treasured collection of memories and emotions that continues to grow each time someone makes these songs their own. “¡Corre!,” “Dueles,” “Ecos de Amor,” “Espacio Sideral,” “Chocolate,” “Te Esperé,” “Me Soltaste,” and many more will be at the heart of these unforgettable nights filled with love and emotion.
This new production will also embrace the sounds and spirit of traditional Mexican music—its roots, its passion, and that unmistakably Mexican way of singing about love. These musical moments will enrich the experience, bringing a little piece of Mexico to stages around the world.
For those living far from home, it will be a chance to feel closer to Mexico. For those who have followed this musical journey throughout the years, it will be an opportunity to reconnect with the songs they love while discovering everything that lies ahead.
As Jesse Eduardo Huerta Uecke has publicly announced, he will not be participating in this tour.
JESSE & JOY: EL AMOR DE MÉXICO. A new chapter. The songs of a lifetime. One voice bringing us together once again.
