LA KINGS HOLIDAY ICE FESTIVAL PRESENTED BY COCA-COLA DEBUTS AT L.A. LIVE, TRANSFORMING DOWNTOWN L.A. INTO A PREMIER HOLIDAY DESTINATION
– The LA Kings, L.A. LIVE and Bucket Listers are
reimagining a beloved Los Angeles holiday tradition with the debut of the LA Kings
Holiday Ice Festival Presented by Coca-Cola, an immersive seasonal destination that
transforms Downtown Los Angeles into a festive winter wonderland.
Opening November 27, 2026, and running through January 3, 2027 at L.A. LIVE's
Peacock Place (800 W. Olympic Blvd.), the expanded experience combines the city's
largest outdoor ice-skating rink with an all-new 21,000-square-foot Holiday Village
featuring holiday shopping, festive food and beverage offerings, family activities, visits
with Santa, immersive light displays, seasonal entertainment, and unforgettable photo
opportunities.
Building on more than a decade of LA Kings Holiday Ice at L.A. LIVE, the LA Kings and
L.A. LIVE have partnered with Bucket Listers for the first time to expand the annual rink
into a full-scale holiday festival designed for families, friends and visitors of all ages. As a
longstanding AEG partner and supporter of LA Kings Holiday Ice, Coca-Cola has helped
bring the holiday tradition to life at L.A. LIVE for years. This year, Coca-Cola will continue
and expand its involvement as presenting partner of the newly reimagined festival
experience.Designed as a choose-your-own-adventure holiday destination, the LA Kings Holiday Ice
Festival allows guests to plan their perfect visit with advance timed ticket options for
skating and the Holiday Village, as well as tickets to LA Kings games.
"We are thrilled to once again create a holiday destination for Angelenos that is second
to none," said Luc Robitaille, President, LA Kings. "Now with a new, added festival
experience to go along with our iconic ice rink, we look forward to an enhanced and
memorable Holiday Season at L.A. LIVE and Crypto.com Arena. This will be the ultimate
destination for fans and visitors alike. "
"The LA Kings Holiday Ice Festival Presented by Coca-Cola represents the next evolution
of one of Los Angeles' favorite holiday traditions," said Andrew Simon, General Manager
of L.A. LIVE. "For years, Holiday Ice has welcomed families and visitors to Downtown Los
Angeles during the holiday season. This year, we're transforming it into a true destination
experience where guests can skate, shop, dine, celebrate, and create lasting memories
all in one place. Together with the LA Kings and Bucket Listers, we're building what we
believe will become a signature Southern California holiday tradition for years to come."
"We couldn't be more excited to partner with the LA Kings and L.A. LIVE to bring this
vision to life," said Derek Berry, President of Bucket Listers. "The LA Kings Holiday Ice
Festival Presented by Coca-Cola combines everything guests love about the holiday
season into one immersive experience. From skating and holiday shopping to Santa
visits, festive food, holiday entertainment, and unforgettable photo moments, we've
created an experience designed to become a must-visit destination for Southern
California families each holiday season."
Alongside the expanded 9,660-square-foot outdoor ice rink and L.A. LIVE's iconic 62-foot
Christmas tree, guests can explore a vibrant Holiday Village inspired by traditional
European holiday markets. Featuring more than 20 curated vendors, festive décor,
seasonal food and beverages, and holiday-themed attractions, the village invites visitors
to spend an entire afternoon or evening exploring, celebrating, and creating memories.
What was once a single attraction has evolved into a multi-experience destination
centered around skating, shopping, dining, entertainment, and holiday cheer.
New this year, guests can stroll through a spectacular 30-foot Dream Wonderland Light
Tunnel illuminated by thousands of twinkling lights, visit Santa's Workshop, pose for
photos in Santa's sleigh, participate in holiday-themed activities and crafts, and discover
picture-perfect moments throughout the festival grounds. Santa Claus will make daily
appearances throughout the season, offering guests the opportunity to meet the jolly man
himself and capture cherished holiday memories.Whether planning a family outing, holiday gathering, festive date night, or Downtown Los
Angeles staycation, visitors can skate beneath the holiday lights, enjoy seasonal treats,
shop for unique gifts, and celebrate the season in one of Southern California's most iconic
entertainment destinations.
As presenting partner, Coca-Cola will have a significant brand presence throughout the
festival, with opportunities to engage with guests throughout the season, as part of the
partnership brokered by AEG Global Partnerships. LA Kings partners Blue Shield of
California, Iron Bow Technologies, Big Bear Mountain Resorts, Mammoth Mountain Ski
Area, Six Flags Magic Mountain and Burke Williams will also support the ice rink this year.
For the 17th year, American Sports Entertainment Company will build and operate the rink
through a partnership with the LA Kings and L.A. LIVE.
